BESPOKE ORDERS

LEAD TIMES

Lead times vary from 6-16 weeks depending on the design selected, quantity and availability of materials from suppliers. Lead times quoted are guideline only and exclude holiday periods.

If delivery is required by a specific date we try our best to accommodate where possible. In order to guarantee delivery by a specific date we can expedite production where necessary, expedited production fees will apply and quotations are available upon request.

PRICING

Prices shown on our Buy Online section of the website are Retail prices.

Discounts are available to Trade clients and pricing is supplied on a quotation basis due to specialist and bespoke nature of our products.

In many cases designs can be tailored to accommodate budgets.

BESPOKE COLOURWAYS

As items are made to order (excluding buy online items) many designs can be colour matched to compliment clients fabrics, colour schemes and tastes. On receipt of payment for an order and client swatch samples to colour match designs to, we produce sample cards for signed approval before production of the order commences.

BESPOKE LIGHTING

Our lighting designs can be manufactured to bespoke dimensions, finishes and specifications upon request.

SITE VISITS AND DESIGN CONSULTATIONS

Site visits and design consultations by our experienced design team can be commissioned upon request. Site visit and design consultation fees are applicable. Site visit fees may be credited against a future order directly related to the site visit.

PAYMENT

Orders are processed on receipt of payment in full of pro-forma invoices 100 % in advance.

TRADE ACCOUNTS

Discounts are available to Trade clients, payment basis remains as above.

EMBRACE SIZES

Standard size embrace for all tieback and tie-band designs are 850 mm. Embrace sizes can be altered for bespoke orders. Please kindly note pricing may alter for changes to standard size embraces.

SPINA PRIVATE SHOWROOM

Our private showroom in London operates on an appointment basis and full location details are provided on confirmation of appointment.  Our full collection of tiebacks, lighting, footstools and interior accessories can be viewed at the private showroom.

LEAD TIMES

We endeavor to dispatch online orders within 7 days of receipt of order and payment.

DELIVERY

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom and to a wide selection of international destinations. If we do not currently deliver to a specific destination please feel free to contact us directly and we will be happy to prepare a quotation for delivery to the requested country where possible.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If an item is currently out of stock please supply your contact details and we will be happy to contact you to advise when the item will next be available in stock.
